| Learning outcomes: The aim is to learn basic academic skills of independent literature search, thesis statement and research question formulation as well as argumentative academic writing. |
| Content: Writing a literature based research essay which enhances the development of student's expertise in a relevant area of management and organization studies. The topic of each student must be discussed with the course instructor. Written instructions
can be printed out through Moodle. |

| Teaching / Learning methods: Tutorial 6 h, Independent Study 156 h. Details: The course will be arranged twice a year. The first course starts in the beginning of fall semester and the second course in the beginning of spring semester. Thereafter, at least one compulsory seminar meeting. |
