Basic Aspects of Biomedical NMR (3 op) |
| Abbreviation: NMR |
| Learning outcomes: To learn the basics of Biomedical NMR |
| Content: Participant will learn classical theoretical background of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and
spectrsocopy (MRS) which is essential for interpretation of biological NMR results and for designing of new
experiments. Basic pulse sequences
for imaging and in vivo spectroscopy as well as several biomedical applications will be described. Some
basic technical/hardware requirements for succesful use of these techniques will be discussed. |
